Refund Policy

At Vintage Original Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Refunds

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us via email at info@vintage.original.wear.com or instagram: vintage.original.wear
  • Process: Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will send out the replacement item promptly.

4. Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over 400 EGP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
